You see everyone walking around with water bottles, right?There are all sorts of shapes and colors to motivate us to drink more water.  But why? Why do we need to stay hydrated?  Personally, its really hard for me.  I prefer to drink almost anything more than boring water.  I’ve tried flavors, but nothing is enough. I've made a real effort to making it a priority because I know the benefits are overwhelmingly in favor of improved health.


Here's what I discovered. Drinking enough water can:

  • Banish headaches

  • Improve your mood

  • Boost your energy levels

  • Relieve constipation

  • Flush out toxins

  • Improve digestion

  • Promote weight loss

  • Prevent kidney stones

  • Improve complexion

  • Regulate body temperature

How much water should you drink?

  • 6-8am- cup 1 & 2

  • before bedtime-cup 8
