Chicken Gyros with Tzatiki
Chicken doesn’t have to be boring. The cool thing is that chicken is easy to cook, and always easy to find in the grocery store or local market. There are just a few ingredients and you can make enough and have leftovers for lunch the next day. Just add a little flavor with garlic, lemon juice, some salt, pepper & plain greek yogurt. This is quick, easy, jam packed with lean protein. Even I can make this!
