Booty Call Workout

This is an amazing exercise for your glutes and thighs just in time for swimsuit season. You can use your own body weight or light dumbbells!

Repeat following 3 sets 3-4x

Set 1: 

20 squats 

20 walking lunges 


Set 2:

20 step ups (use a box, bench, or anything elevated off ground) 

20 bridge pulses (lift hips up towards ceiling while squeezing glutes) 


Set 3:

Do the following while on all four’s on a mat

20 donkey kicks 

20 leg raises
